What is a Sound Bath?

A Sound Bath typically accompanies a yogic or guided meditation. The instruments used produce deep sound waves, vibrations and frequencies. A provider trained in sound bath techniques plays the music. In essence, the instruments work together to shift our energy. Removing stagnation (blockages) and bringing in nurturing where there are deficiencies.

A sound bath is a meditative practice that's safe for most people to try. During the session participants lie on their backs. A sound bath can be an easier way to approach meditation since it does not require a lot of experience, patience nor discipline. Basically, all you need to do is listen.

Inherently, relaxation is the key factor of the practice and the general idea is to help the listener experience a state of coherence, harmony, balance, awareness, a sense of wellbeing and calm during the session
